High Pressure Suspension Mill

High pressure suspension grinder mill is based on five years research on the traditional grinding mills, the high pressure suspension grinder mill got national patent and CE certificate, features of high efficiency and energy saving.

High Pressure Suspension grinder mill is mainly made up of the mainframe, separator, blower, finished powder cyclone collector, bag filter and connecting pipes, etc.This new patent grinder mill with high efficiency and low energy consumption opened up an epoch of the international industry pulverizing.

High Pressure Suspension Mill Working Principle

When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.

High Pressure Suspension Mill Features:

1.Compared with the common Raymond grinder mill under the same power conditions, the capacity can be increased by 10%; moreover, under the performance of high-pressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure on raw materials can be raised by 800-1200kgf.

2.The grinding device adopts a superposition multi-grade sealing with good sealing performance.

3.This grinder mill’s dust-removing effect fully meets the national dust discharge standard.

4.The classifier is easy for adjustment.
