Barytes crushing process
Following initial crushing, some barytes is sold as ‘direct shipping ore’, if it is sufficiently pure, to be processed for addition to drilling fluids at plants adjacent to oil fields. If there are contaminants, such as waste rock or other minerals such as fluorite, quartz, galena or pyrite, these may be separated from the barytes by gravity separationt, wet grinding and froth flotation. The barytes is then either dried and sold as a powder or processed further for particular applications.
The big raw barytes are fed to the jaw barytes crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for the primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will transferred to impact barytes crusher or cone barytes crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After being separated, the crushed barytes parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other barytes parts will be returned to impact barytes crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.
