Jaw Crusher Introduction

Jaw Crusher is used to reduce the large material to small piece. Jaw crusher can be used together with mine-selecting equipments and gravel processing equipments as well as used independently.There are two typs of jaw crusher: coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher.Jaw crusher can be used to process roadbed stone, railway soil sediments and construction aggregate.

Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, metall-urgical industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:

The main rack structure of Jaw Crusher are the eccentric shaft, the pulley, flywheel, moving jaw , side rack , elbow plate, Wrist plate back seat,screw-gap, adjusting the crack screw rod, resetting spring, fixed board plate and moveable board etc. Wrist plate has also played an important role of insurance. this series of jaw crushers' crushing way is the tune moves the extrusion. The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products such as stone after crushing will be discharged from the outlet. This crusher for a simple, reliable and hard materials can be broken and the advantages of being widely used in mineral processing, building materials, ceramics, and other silicate and industrial sectors.
