CS Series Cone Crusher Introduction

CS series Cone crusher is a modern high-performance Symons cone crusher or symons crusher,which is developed based on laminated smashing principle and conceptual design of “more crushing and less grinding” according to users' demands. The cone crusher is integrated with high wobble frequency, optimal cavity shape and reasonable stroke. CS cone crusher has more reasonable and perfect structure and more advanced technology. It is excellent in manufacturing, installing, applying and maintaining etc and can be widely applied in metal and nonmetallic minerals, cement works, building, sandstone metallurgy etc.

CS Series Cone Crusher Application

Cone crusher is applicable to iron ore, nonferrous metallic ores, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstone and pebble stone etc. Same as PY series of spring cone crusher, the standard type of symons cone crusher is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to fine crushing.Thus can be used as secondary crusher or tertiary crusher.

CS Series Cone Crusher Features:

(1) Hydraulic system. The machine is equipped with hydraulic system to adjust the size of discharge opening for crusher. The hydraulic system effectively guarantees safe operation of equipments. When foreign matters exist in the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system can make dynamic cone body automatically retreat downward. When foreign matters are discharged, the system makes the retreated dynamic cone body automatically reset to keep the original position of the discharge opening to continue work.
(2) Shapes of crushing cavity. The shape of crushing cavity refers to geometric space formed between the dynamic cone and the fixed cone. The shape of crushing cavity has a strong influence on the performance of the whole machine. The shape of crushing cavity is the main technical index for crushing. Totally four specifications of cavity shapes are designed from coarse crushing to fine crushing of the machine. It may have six kinds of combination, meaning that it can be best applicable to special requirement of users.
