In December, 2010, IDCO group Co., Ltd and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Kazakhstan signed a contract to mine tungsten in eastern Kazakhstan. The tungsten mine is the biggest tungsten mine in the Kazakhstan. The total contract is worth about 1200 million dollar.

The project is the largest contract projects received by Chinese company from Kazakhstan and is of great significance to the promotion of cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.

In order to finish this project better, IDCO group Co., Ltd purchased crushing equipment and crushing machine from Liming Heavy Industry(shanghai). According to some estimates, Kazakhstan has the second largest uranium, chromium, lead, and zinc reserves, the third largest manganese reserves, the fifth largest copper reserves, and ranks in the top ten for coal, iron, and gold. Many Kazakhstan mining companies have bought crushers and grinding mills form Liming Heavy Industry(shanghai). The biggest buying contract is a coal mining developer for coal pulverizing in East of Kazakhstan.

This coal mining is surface open-pit mining. Its crushing plant consists of jaw crusher, two cone crushers, vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. The jaw crusher is 900*1200 as primary crusher to crush big coal block excavated from coal deposit. The two cone crushers are as secondary crusher to crush coal smaller. The vibrating feeder is feeding coal into crusher and vibrating screen is sieving crushed coal into several size degrees.

The coal grinding plant includes six ball mills. Each ball mill stands over 17 metres high and 12 metres in diameter. The crushed coal block is feeder into ball mill to grind into coal powder. The six ball mills can process and produce a large number of coal blocks. Then the coal powder was send to process by other equipment.
